After looking over the Necropedia at NecroBator I have to say I am glad to see Plague Signet etc. in GW2. I definitely plan on trying to make a functioning Conditions machine for WvW. I like to run with pals and not solo, so I look forward to shuffling boons and conditions in pitched battle. I am wondering what you all think would be a good weapon swap combo for such a build...

What class did you plan on playing?

Lol, they are planning on playing a Necromancer.
Well staff is an obvious one, lots of AoE condition potential and has an ability just for 'shuffling' conditions off allies onto enemies (putrid mark).
The second weapon set is a little less easy to choose, I'd personally probably go with scepter and mess with the various offhands. I rather like warhorn but for more straight out conditions benefit, a dagger or focus would be more suitable probably.
Well you could throw in a dagger so you can give some more damage while still giving out conditions. Maybe look thrrough your trait to sport boons and or conditions too.
I agree with Meltzeiferon staff is a must.

Yeah staff/dagger was what came to mind firstly, but I haven't been looking at all the skills, so I thought I'd get some input. Thanks guys!
Any time. don't forget the traits
Jump Fa
yeah, i haven't really even delved into those yet. Lots of fun ahead
It looks like they are changing the necros weapons sets and stuff like that I wonder what they are going to do?

Hopefully, I'll get a taste of it next beta. Going to WvW just to see the max level traits etc.
Yeah I''m hoping they pump it up so when I walk over peoples dead necro bodies they can't complain :)

i dont think a condition build will work in WvWvW since there are many ways to dispell them and they are easy aswell.
Most condition removal is self only, really the vast majority will only be on self which not everyone has, and most of the ally condition removal you'll only have if you're speced as a healer-style support (You can have such rather easily but it's not as effective just having say the one trait without a good build or other traits for it).
