Ditch the theme music. It made me want to shut the video down before you even started speaking.
Secondly, I understand that there a lot of people that want there own little piece of the internet, but unless you are doing or offering something different, you are not going to draw people away from existing, and well established, channels and/or sites. I can go to quite a large number of fan/community sites or youtube channels and get just as much, if not more, content/feedback/news/etc. And so far I don't have much of a reason to ever check out your channel again.
When speaking (especially with no visual representation), charisma is key. If you are going to read from a script, don't sound like you are reading from a script.
