During the Guild Wars 2 party last weekend during PAX Prime, I brought along two standard edition boxed copies of GW2 and had them signed by the ArenaNet team members in attendance. As a thanks to the hundreds of thousands of fans who have helped us grow to become one of the leading fan sites for Guild Wars 2, this week we’re putting the first of them up for grabs in an exclusive giveaway.
Since I know it will be one of the first questions asked, this giveaway is open to everyone, and is not region specific. Read on for more details on how to enter!
The Prize
For this giveaway, one (1) grand prize winner will receive a signed standard edition boxed copy of Guild Wars 2 (one of the two shown below). If you don't win this time, never fear - we'll be giving away the second signed copy in another upcoming giveaway!

How to Enter
- Entry is open to all registered members of GuildWars2Hub.com. If you’re not currently registered, you can do so here, or by clicking on the ‘Create New Account’ button found in the login area of the sidebar to the right.
- Please note: we will be using the email address used to register to contact our winner and obtain shipping details, so make sure you use an existing, active email account!
- Once registered and logged in, leave a comment on this post that completes the following phrase:
"You know you’ve played too much Guild Wars 2 when..." - Be as creative as you’d like with your reply, but keep in mind that we’ll only be counting each entry once.
It’s that simple!
The giveaway period will run from now until 11:59pm Eastern Time on Monday, September 10th. At that point, we’ll select our winner at random from the complete list of entrants, and contact them via the email address used to register for the site. Once verified, we will be updating this page and making an announcement via Twitter (@GW2_Hub).
Good luck all – the signed boxed copy we’re giving away is extremely rare, so even if you’re a current GW2 player it will make an awesome addition to your collection.
We've officially dubbed September as "fan appreciation month" here on GW2Hub, so you'll also want to be on the lookout for details on more upcoming giveaways. In fact, we'll be running one giveaway each week this month, so be sure to bookmark us and check back often.
On that note... let the posting commence!
